Merchant policy
Due to the layout of the site and the large amount of area needed for the
"class rooms" ie space for up to 20 fighters in each class, we regret that
there will be a very limited amount of space available for merchanting at
Sport of Kings: Academy of Armored Combat.
In order to best serve the focus of the event and the event participants,
preference will be given to armor merchants. Invitations for the remaining
space will be extended to merchants who can demonstrate that they provide
goods and services that can be directly related to heavy armored combat or
that enhance the period and authentic atmosphere of the tournament in the
eyes of the autocratting staff. Additionally, only merchants who have period
booths will be considered. Merchanting is confined to merchants row.
If you would like to merchant at Sport of Kings, please send an email
with your contact information, business name, description of goods and
services, space requirement and photos of your merchanting booth (fully
set up, multiple sides including the back) to the Marketplace Steward.
Merchants are subject to the same site and class fee structure as the
other participants. There are no additional fees to merchant.
Each merchant applying will be considered on an individual basis. All
decisions of the autocrat staff are final. Applications for
merchanting must be received by July 10th, 2007.
As the event grows, we hope to utilize additional areas of the site and look
forward to hosting more of the merchanting community in the future. We
apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
